There are several simple ways to get your loved one's ashes or hair to us. Whether you prefer to visit us in person or return them using one of our packs, we'll make the process as straightforward and reassuring as possible.

• Arrange to drop them off at our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter studio by appointment.

We only require one teaspoon of ashes or a small pinch of hair to create multiple memorials. If you send us more than we need, we'll simply use the small amount required and carefully return everything remaining with your completed order. If you're ever unsure, our experienced team will be happy to guide you.

Small alterations or personalisation can start from around £195. Fully bespoke pricing depends on the design, precious metal, gemstones and work involved, and we will provide a clear quotation before you proceed.

How long does custom memorial jewellery or artwork take?
Custom designs usually take around 2–6 weeks from receipt of ashes or hair. We will confirm the expected timescale for your individual design.

Can you add ashes to my existing jewellery?
Yes, we regularly work with existing jewellery. Our team will assess the piece and explain what is possible.
