Warranty Policy
Ashes with Art is delighted to provide a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects on our entire range of jewellery - excluding chains, clasps, earring backs, cufflink arms which have a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
All products in our glass art collection have a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
If you have an issue please get in touch with us and we will advise of next steps and how to send your piece of jewellery to us. Our customer care team and a qualified jeweller will then assess the issue. If we find a manufacturing defect with your item, it will be repaired or remade free of charge. If you would like your item sent to you instead of collecting from our studio, a delivery charge of £6.95 will apply.
The guarantee does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, wear and tear or inappropriate use.
Any repairs that are not carried out by Ashes With Art will void the guarantee, whether or not damage has been caused by such repair or attempted repair.

Return & Refund Policy
Non-Handmade Items
You may return unused, non-handmade items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Handmade & Personalised Items
As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for handmade items.
If you change your mind about your order, we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order before it goes into production. Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact the Ashes With Art team on 01903 216425.
If the item you receive is faulty or does not match your order (e.g. incorrect design or material), we will rectify the issue by repairing or replacing the item.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it by calling 01903 216425 or emailing hello@asheswithart.co.uk . We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection and repair/replacement.
Return Shipping
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
