All of our designs come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. Please note that pendant chains are only guaranteed for three months owing to nature of wear and tear (The actual pendant is covered for 12 months).

If your item has an issue relating to the quality, for example a manufacturing fault, we kindly ask you to email us with a photograph and description. Please contact us with an image and description of the issue. Our customer care team and a qualified jeweller will assess the issue and contact you. If we find a manufacturing fault with your item, it will be repaired or remade free of charge. If you would like your item sent to you instead of collecting from our studio, a delivery charge of £6.95 will apply. 


As our items are handcrafted, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product does not match the item you ordered.

If you change your mind on your order we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order prior to your item going into production, If your item is already in production we cannot cancel your order.  If you should wish to cancel an order please contact the Ashes With Art team on 01903 216425.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ashes With Art Ltd, 81 High Street, Worthing, BN11 1DN, United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
