Warranty

All of our designs come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. 

If your item has an issue relating to the quality, for example a manufacturing fault, we kindly ask you to email us with a photograph and description. Please contact us with an image and description of the issue. Our customer care team and a qualified jeweller will assess the issue and contact you. If we find a manufacturing fault with your item, it will be repaired or remade free of charge. If you would like your item sent to you instead of collecting from our studio, a delivery charge of £6.95 will apply. 

Return & Refund Policy

Non-Handmade Items

You may return unused, non-handmade items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
 
Handmade & Personalised Items

As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for handmade items.

If you change your mind about your order, we can only offer you a refund if you cancel your order before it goes into production. Once your item is in production, we cannot cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact the Ashes With Art team on 01903 216425.

If the item you receive is faulty or does not match your order (e.g. incorrect design or material), we will rectify the issue by repairing or replacing the item.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it by calling 01903 216425 or emailing hello@asheswithart.co.uk . We will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection and repair/replacement.
 
Return Shipping

- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
