With our master jewellers working in-house on all of our pieces, we are experts at our craft. We have a wide variety of gorgeous pieces available on our website already and each one of these is handmade, bespoke to order. Unlike other companies, our in-house master jewellery team means we can make custom pieces from scratch and with the very highest quality materials, meaning we really can make the perfect memorial piece for you.

We can then book you in for a full consultation to finalise your design and disucss all the details.
Our master jewellers will begin work on your special piece and when it is all ready you can come and collect it or we will send it out with our tracked, next-day courier service.
Custom designs take around 4-6 weeks to make, giving us enough time to get all the fine details perfect.

Yes, we can do this for you here. We have master jewellers who work in-house in our studio. We can work with you to perfect a design, offering personalised advice from our years of experience to ensure your ashes memorial ring is of the very highest quality.
Yes! As well as ashes, we work with hair in many of our Secrets Chambers pieces. We can also incorporate a Secrets Chamber into many custom designs, so creating a custom pendant with hair is certainly something we can do for you.
As well as ashes and hair, we have worked with many precious memorial materials over the years. Although not everything is suitable to encapsulate within glass gemstones due to the making process, we have previously made secrets chamber and some glass designs containing shed snake skin, fluffy fur from stuffed toys, cat whiskers and claws, gravesite dirt, sand, feathers, petals, and more. If you don’t have ashes or hair but do have something special, why not contact us to see what we can do?
It is best to speak to us or send some photos of your own jewellery if you are wondering this. Sometimes this is possible but for many designs we need to have enough space to create the Secrets Chamber for the ashes or hair. A lot of non-memorial jewellery is too fine or thin to create this space. It is well worth getting in touch with us, though, as we may be able to suggest some other ways to incorporate your item or offer alternative suggestions.
Quotes for custom ashes memorials vary on a piece-by-piece basis. This is because every design is so unique and there are many variables to factor into the making process.
