Ashes To Emerald Jewellery

Incorporating ashes and hair into emerald memorial jewellery is a heartfelt way to honour the special memory of a lost loved one. We are dedicated to making only the best quality jewellery and strive to create designs that offer something for everyone.

ASHES INTO EMERALDS

ASHES INTO EMERALDS

You may have heard of turning ashes into diamonds and other stones such as emeralds. This process generally is very costly, taking advantage of the desire for memorial jewellery, and unfortunately, does not provide much evidence that the ashes or hair are within the emeralds that are made this way.

We don’t turn the ashes into emerald stones like this, instead, we place the ashes or hair within a Secrets Chamber in the metal of your jewellery item. Our master jewellers seal this closed with our specialist welding process and then hand-set your emerald separately.

EMERALD MEMORIALS

Our Emerald gemstones are ethically lab-grown and then individually selected by us for the very highest quality pieces. We work with only the finest cut, colour, and clarity with our gemstones.

Emeralds are a fitting choice for memorial jewellery as they are a hard-wearing stone, meaning you can wear them everyday if you wish.

A PROCESS DESIGNED BY THE EXPERTS

A PROCESS DESIGNED BY THE EXPERTS

Precious gemstones are a beautiful addition to any piece, so our jewellers have been working hard to offer a wide range of Emerald Memorial Jewellery. As we have developed our designs, we incorporate our specialist Secret Chamber process, so that we can guarantee real emerald gemstones in our ashes and hair jewellery.

ASHES TO EMERALDS FAQ

Can I put ashes into an emerald?

Yes, this can be done, though we recommend using a process that can guarantee your loved ones ashes are within the piece, as this is nearly impossible when turning ashes directly into the gemstone.

Instead, we use a method that can assure the ashes are in your emerald jewellery. All of our Secrets Collection pieces contain hidden chambers in the metal of the piece.

How much hair do I need for an emerald pendant?

We ask for a small amount to work with. Usually a “pinch” of hair. However, our specialist team can work with any amount and all hair types; even fur and horsehair. Any hair we do not use, we will return to you.

How much does it cost to turn ashes into emeralds?

Our Emerald Secrets Collection has a range of jewellery to keep it accessible for as many people as possible. We offer jewellery in a variety of precious metals, from silver to platinum, and source ethically lab-grown gemstones to keep costs down.

Our Emerald collection starts at £170.

What other options are there for ashes stone jewellery?

As well as Emerald Memorial Jewellery, we work with diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. We also specialise in creating glass ashes gemstones, which are a better option than resin due to the high-quality material and skill involved in the process. Finally, we also offer a selection of sparkling Cubic Zirconia jewellery.

If you have your heart-set on a gemstone or colour not listed, why not contact us? We regularly create custom pieces and can source a variety of stones.

How long does it take to make an ashes emerald ring?

From the time we receive the ashes or hair, it usually takes around 4-6 weeks, though this can be longer for some specialist items of jewellery or custom pieces. We create everything by hand in our studio and will always call you to let you know when your order is ready.
